Nautilus Swimming Club has been established and started its operations in September 2015 at Knowledge Gate International School, Muscat. We offer a wide range of premium class swimming programs for young and adult trainees from learn to swim kids/adults/ladies only to highly competitive swimming programs for elite swimmers and masters. The Club exists to promote, encourage and develop an individual’s capacity to achieve excellence and life skills through participation in competitive aquatic activities. In doing so, Nautilus arranges, operates and facilitates activities and competitions for member athletes. In a year time, Nautilus became the only club in Oman conducting the biggest long course swim meets with the teams from Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and UAE entering the event. The meets are supported by the Oman Swimming Association referees.
In a short period of time, Nautilus became the most recognizable, reputable swim club in Oman. In January 2019, Nautilus tied up with Al Batinah International School to provide both learn to swim (kids, adults, and ladies only) and competitive swimming programs at Sohar, the capital and the largest city of the Al Batinah North Governorate as well as the mythical birthplace of Sindbad the Sailor. Nautilus Sohar regularly hosts a short course meets at the fantastic facilities of Al Batinah International School.
The Club was and remains the only swimming school in Oman with the Olympic coaching team on board. The experience that our coaching staff holds has brought our swimmers to national levels. Not only are our swimmers representing their respective nations, but also breaking records at a staggering rate.
